			Raise the vehicle.

			Disable the air suspension and deflate the applicable air spring.

			Use an appropriate jack to lift the rear axle. Remove the top nut from the shock. (Figures 2, 3)

			Remove the lower shock bolt. (Figure 4)

    	Tighten all nuts and bolts to manufacturer’s specifications during the installation process.

			Install the new Arnott shock into the vehicle. (Figure 6)

			Insert the lower shock bolt. Do not tighten at this time. (Figure 7)

			Install the upper shock nut, using a thread locking compound. (Figure 8)

			Final tightening for shock mounts should be performed at normal trim height, to manufacturer’s specifications.

			Reinstall the wheel.
