ARNOTT AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR
FOR LEXUS LS430 (XF30)
The air suspension system is under pressure (up to 10 bar, or 150 lbf/in). Verify pressure has been relieved and disconnect power to the air suspension system prior to disassembly. Do not allow dirt or grease to enter the system. Always wear standard hand, ear, and eye protection when servicing the air suspension system.

Not to be stored below 5°F (-15°C) or above 122°F (50°C).
Avoid damage to air lines and cables.
Removal and installation is only to be performed by fully qualified personnel.
Use car manufacturer’s diagnostic software.
Damage to the vehicle and air suspension system can be incurred if work is carried out in a manner other than specified
in the instructions or in a different sequence.
To avoid the possibility of short circuits while working with electric components consult your owner's manual on how to
disconnect your battery.
Consult your vehicle owner's manual, service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for
additional care, safety and maintenance instructions. Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath
the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur.
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR REMOVAL
1. Set steering to straight ahead.
3. Remove the right front wheel and fender well. (FIGURE 1)
4. Disconnect the rubber hose from the manifold. (FIGURE 2)
5. Disconnect the air hose from the dryer. (FIGURE 3)
6. Disconnect the electrical. (FIGURE 4)
7. Disconnect the compressor's air hose. (FIGURE 5)
8. Disconnect the electrical from the compressor. (FIGURE 6)
9. Loosen and remove the three bolts and nut from the compressor bracket. (FIGURES 7, 8, 9)
10. Remove the compressor from the vehicle. (FIGURE 10)
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR DISASSEMBLY
1. Loosen and remove the three bolts from the compressor bracket and save the two underlying rubber mounts for later use. (FIGURE 11)
2. Remove the electrical from the compressor bracket. (FIGURE 12)
3. Loosen and remove bolt holding the dryer to the compressor. Remove the dryer. (FIGURES 13, 14)
4. Remove the wire clips from the compressor and save for later use. (FIGURE 15)
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY
1. Secure the wires on the new compressor with the saved wire clips. (FIGURE 16)
2. Install the dryer onto the compressor. (FIGURE 17)
3. Reinstall the dryer bolt, tightening to manufacturer's specifications. (FIGURE 18)
4. Reinstall the saved rubber isolators. (FIGURE 19)
5. Reinstall the three bracket bolts and tighten to manufacturer's specifications. (FIGURE 20)
6. Reinstall the electrical onto the bracket. (FIGURE 21)
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION
Tighten all nuts and bolts to manufacturer's specifications during the installation process.
Do not remove the air fitting from the air suspension compressor. Doing so may cause damage or void warranty.
Remove the white shipping pin from the new air fitting and insert the air line until fully secure.
THE EXHAUST MAY BE LOOSENED FROM THE RUBBER ISOLATORS TO ALLOW FOR MORE FLEXIBILITY DURING INSTALLATION.
1. Install the compressor into the vehicle. Reinstall the three bolts and tighten to manufacturer's specifications. (FIGURES 22, 23)
2. Reinstall the electrical. (FIGURE 24)
3. Reconnect the electrical from the compressor. (FIGURE 25)
4. Reinstall the compressor's air hose. (FIGURE 26)
5. Reinstall the rubber hose onto the manifold. (FIGURE 27)
6. Reinstall the air hose into the dryer. (FIGURE 28)
7. Reinstall the fender well.
10. Installation complete.
