WABCO OES AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR
FOR 2004-2011 CITROEN JUMPY (2nd Gen)
The air suspension system is under pressure (up to 10 bar, or 150 lbf/in). Verify pressure has been relieved and disconnect power to the air suspension system prior to disassembly. Do not allow dirt or grease to enter the system. Always wear standard hand, ear, and eye protection when servicing the air suspension system.

Not to be stored below 5°F (-15°C) or above 122°F (50°C).
Avoid damage to air lines and cables.
Removal and installation is only to be performed by fully qualified personnel.
Use car manufacturer’s diagnostic software.
Damage to the vehicle and air suspension system can be incurred if work is carried out in a manner other than specified
in the instructions or in a different sequence.
To avoid the possibility of short circuits while working with electric components consult your owner's manual on how to
disconnect your battery.
Consult your vehicle owner's manual, service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for
additional care, safety and maintenance instructions. Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath
the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur.
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY REMOVAL
1. Set the steering to straight ahead.
2. Deflate the air system using the diagnostic tool.
3. Raise the rear side of the vehicle.
4. Disconnect the handbrake line clips. (FIGURE 1)
5. Remove the 3 bolts holding the compressor bracket to the chassis. (FIGURES 2, 3)
6. Disconnect the electrical plugs. (FIGURES 4, 5)
7. Carefully remove the compressor assembly by pulling it out to the front. (FIGURES 6, 7)
8. Disconnect the air lines from the compressor by pushing each line into each fitting and pulling each to remove. (FIGURES 8, 9)
USE CAUTION WHEN REMOVING THE GREEN AIR LINE, AS THERE MAY STILL BE HIGH PRESSURE ON IT FROM THE BUFFER TANK. DEPRESSURIZE BEFORE DISCONNECTING.
9. Fully remove the entire compressor assembly from the vehicle.
10. Air suspension compressor assembly removal complete.
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR REMOVAL
1. Remove the outer bracket by removing the 4 nuts. (FIGURES 10, 11)
2. Remove inner bracket by removing 3 Torx bolts from the opposite side of the compressor. (FIGURE 12)
3. Transfer the plastic-clip from power supply connector to new compressor. (FIGURE 13)
4. Air suspension compressor removal complete.
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR INSTALLATION
Tighten all nuts and bolts to manufacturer's specifications during the installation process.
1. Assemble the new air suspension compressor using the included hardware in reverse order of removal. (FIGURE 14)
2. When mounting the new compressor, make sure that the power supply cables (positive and negative) do not touch each other. (FIGURE 15)
3. Air suspension compressor installation complete.
AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY INSTALLATION
Tighten all nuts and bolts to manufacturer's specifications during the installation process.
Do not remove the air fitting from the air suspension compressor. Doing so may cause damage and/or void warranty.
Remove the white shipping pin from the new air fitting and insert the air line until fully seated.
1. Install the compressor assembly onto the vehicle in reverse order of removal.
WHEN MOUNTING THE NEW AIR SUSPENSION COMPRESSOR ASSEMBLY, MAKE SURE
THAT THE COLORS OF THE AIR LINES ON THE VEHICLE MATCH THE COLORS OF THE AIR
FITTINGS ON THE COMPRESSOR.
2. After properly mounting the new Arnott air suspension compressor into place, start the vehicle and activate the air suspension system by pressing the controller 2-times rapidly. The controller is located in the rear of the vehicle. If successful, you will hear a signal and the system will begin working. (FIGURE 16)
