			Set the steering to straight ahead.

			Disable the air suspension and deflate the applicable air spring according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

			Remove the engine bay trim to access the top of the strut.

			Loosen and remove the air line (Figure 3). Discard the air line fitting (Figure 4). Move the air line out of the way to avoid damage.

		<headline_medium_left>AIR LINE FITTING REMOVAL</headline_medium_left>

	  <section>
		<warning>
			Prior to inserting the existing air line into the new air strut you will need to remove the old original equipment air line fitting and discard.
		</warning>

		<note>
			Scratches and/or deep cuts in the air line can result in possible leaks. Inspect the air line before insertion. Air line needs to be replaced if damaged. 
		</note>

    	Tighten all nuts and bolts to the manufacturer’s specifications during the installation process.
    </warning>

    <warning>
    	Do not remove the air fitting from the air strut. Doing so may cause damage and/or void warranty. Remove the white shipping pin from the new air fitting and insert the air line until fully seated.
    </warning>
  </section>

  	<note>
  		Use an appropriate jack throughout the removal and installation process to support the axle. Adjust as needed.

			Remove the plug from the valve check. Install the provided VOSS fitting and snug it tight. Then, remove the shipping pin from the VOSS fitting. Insert the air line into the new VOSS fitting and ensure it is fully seated. Ensure to follow the “Shipping Pin Removal and Air  Line Installation” instructions. (Figures 23, 24, 25)
