			Remove all dirt and dust and clean the spot at the frame where the serial bump stop was located. Install the upper bracket with the cut out pointing towards the center of the rear axle. Tighten screw with TX6 nut and max. torque of 35Nm. Make sure area between the U-bolts is clean. (Figure 2)

			Place the pre-assembled air spring between the U-bolts. Ensure the air fitting will not be damaged. Hook in the lower bracket to the plate sitting on top of the leaf spring. Make sure lower bracket accurately fits between the U-bolts. The two bolts on the upper plate of the air spring should match the holes in the upper bracket. (Figure 3)

			Plug in the air line into the fitting (Left Black/Right Yellow). Inflate the air spring manually with the provided inflation valve to max. 2 bar. Check the air spring is sitting correctly on the serial leaf spring and verify that the bolts on the upper side of the air spring fit the upper bracket holes. (Figure 4)

			Securely attach the lower bracket by tightening the two M8 screws/nuts with a max. torque of 35Nm. (Figure 5)

			Tighten the headless bolts in the upper bracket with a max. torque of 13Nm to attach the air spring. (Figure 6)

			Flip in the adapter bracket between the bolt head and strap. Make sure the straps are well located in the cut out areas of the bracket. (Figure 8)

			To gain space, push the full tank as far as possible to the rear of the vehicle. Tighten the two tank strap screws (max. 25Nm torque), the adapter bracket should be as close as possible to the vehicle’s battery box.

			Mount the cage bracket with the console at the prepared holes. The cage bracket should fit snugly around the console enclosure. Position the console to the right side of the adapter bracket with the connecting ports pointing to left side of the vehicle. The tighten the four (4) M8 flange nuts (max. 25Nm). (Figure 9)

			Carefully move the OE tubing around the console making sure it does not stretch, bend, or abrase against sharp corners/edges.

			Connect the air tubes and power supply. Route the power supply cable from the connected box to the inside of the OE battery case. Connect ground (black wire) to – pole of the battery, connect power with the fuse holder to + pole of the battery. After both power supply wires are connected to the battery poles, insert the provided fuse. (Figure 10)

			Power up the console with the included power cable. Make sure it is fully seated and cannot be pulled out without pressing the retaining clip.

			A screen indicating that the controller is looking for a console will appear. If the controller cannot find the console after 1 minute, move the controller closer to the console. Once the controller found the console, an identification procedure will appear on the display. (Figures 14, 15)

			The identification procedure starts by automatically turning the compressor on and off multiple times. This verifies that the console you are trying to pair with, it the correct unit. When you hear the console, you can confirm pairing the controller. (Figures 16, 17)
