			Lift the vehicle.

			Remove the applicable wheel. (Figure 1)

			Disable the air suspension system and deflate the applicable air spring per manufacturer’s instructions.

			Remove the air fitting from the top of the air spring. (Figure 2)

			Unseat the bottom of the air spring by disengaging the tabs on the lug. (Figure 3)

			Disengage the top mount from the retaining clip. The clip may be discarded; a new clip is provided with the Arnott air spring. (Figure 4)

    <headline_large_left>AIR SPRING INSTALLATION</headline_large_left>

    <warning>
    	Tighten all nuts and bolts to manufacturer’s specifications during the installation process.
    </warning>

			Install the new Arnott air spring into the vehicle. Align the retaining clip in the top mount with the stud on the upper spring seat and push up to engage the clip. (Figure 6)

			Insert the air line into the air fitting. (Figure 7)

    	Prior to inserting the existing air line into the new air strut you will need to remove the old original equipment air line fitting and discard.
    </warning>

  		Scratches and/or deep cuts in the air line can result in possible leaks. Inspect the air line before insertion. Air line needs to be replaced if damaged.

			Ensure the bottom lug is properly located into the lower spring seat. Using a scan tool, inflate the air spring. Verify that the top and bottom of the air spring are properly seated. (Figures 8, 9)
