			Raise the vehicle.

			Disable the air suspension system and deflate the applicable air spring according to the manufacturer’s instructions.

			Remove the applicable rear wheel. (Figure 1)

			Disconnect the air line (Figures 4, 5). Remove the air line fitting and discard it. (Figure 6)

		<warning>
			Prior to inserting the existing air line into the new air strut you will need to remove the old original equipment air line fitting and discard.
		</warning>

		<note>
			Scratches and/or deep cuts in the air line can result in possible leaks. Inspect the air line before insertion. Air line needs to be replaced if damaged. 
		</note>

			Remove the screw attaching the ride height sensor to the lower control arm. Carefully place the ride height sensor out of the way to avoid damage. (Figures 8, 9)

			While pushing the upper control arm out of the way, compress the air spring and remove it from the vehicle. (Figures 12, 13)

			Remove the cap from the top of the air spring (Figure 14). Then, remove the electrical harness by pulling the red tab to unlock and unplugging the connector (Figure 15).

    	Tighten all nuts and bolts to the manufacturer’s specifications during the installation process.

			Install the wire harness onto the new Arnott air spring by removing the cap from the new air spring and inserting the connector (Figure 16). Ensure to press the red tab to lock the electrical connector in place.

			Press the rest of the wire harness into place (Figure 17). Reinstall the cap back onto the new air spring, ensuring it is fully secured (Figure 18).

			Position the air spring into the vehicle. Ensure it is seated securely and in the correct orientation. (Figure 19)

			Reconnect the electrical connection at the bottom of the air spring (Figure 24). Ensure the wire is properly lined up in the wire relief (Figure 25).

			Remove the white shipping pin from the new Arnott air spring (Figure 26). Install the air line by pushing the line into the fitting until it is firmly seated (Figures 27, 28).
