AIR SPRING REMOVAL

1 Raise the vehicle according to the manufacturer's instructions.

2 Remove the applicable rear wheel. (Figure 1)

3 Deflate the applicable air spring using a scan tool.

4 Remove the air line from the air spring. (Figure 2)

5 Remove the air spring. (Figure 3)

6 Removal complete.

AIR SPRING INSTALLATION

Tighten all nuts and bolts to manufacturer’s specifications during the installation process.

1 Install the included screw into the indicated hole. (Figure 4)

2 Position the new Arnott spring into the vehicle. Ensure it is securely seated. (Figure 5)

3 Install the air line into the new spring by follow the steps below. (Figure 6, 7, 8)

4 Use a scan tool to inflate the air spring, ensuring the top and bottom mount seat appropriately.

5 Install the wheel.

6 Lower the vehicle.

7 Installation complete.
