The air suspension system is under pressure (up to 10 bar, or 150 lbf/in). Verify pressure has been relieved and disconnect power to the air suspension system prior to disassembly. Do not allow dirt or grease to enter the system. Always wear standard hand, ear, and eye protection when servicing the air suspension system.

Removal and installation is only to be performed by fully qualified personnel.

Damage to the vehicle and air suspension system can be incurred if work is carried out in a manner other than specified
in the instructions or in a different sequence.
To avoid the possibility of short circuits while working with electric components consult your owner's manual on how to
disconnect your battery.
Consult your vehicle owner's manual, service manual, or car dealer for the correct jacking points on your vehicle and for
additional care, safety and maintenance instructions. Under no circumstances should any work be completed underneath
the vehicle if it is not adequately supported, as serious injuries and death can occur.
Refer to the diagram at the bottom.
1. Set steering to straight ahead.
2. Lift vehicle and Remove wheel.
3. Deflate rear air spring by disconnecting the air lines leading from the valve block assembly to
the rear air spring.
4. Remove the locking clip from the top side of the rear air spring.
5. Disconnect the air line from the air spring. Remove the locking clip from the air line.
6. Carefully compress and remove the air spring from the vehicle.
Tighten all nuts and bolts to manufacturer's specifications during the installation process.
Install air line into new air line fitting until fully secure.

than specified in the instructions or in a different sequence.
INSTALLATION STEPS WILL DIFFER DEPENDING ON TYPE OF EQUIPMENT USED TO LIFT THE
VEHICLE. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS BELOW FOR CORRESPONDING LIFTING METHOD:
WHEN USING A FLOOR JACK AND SAFETY STANDS
1. Secure the air spring into the top mount with the top mount locking clip and connect air line.
2. Raise the axle with a jack until the bottom piston is secure in the lower air spring perch.
3. Replace the wheel(s) and remove the safety stands. slowly and carefully lower the vehicle to
the ground.
WHEN USING A SWING ARM TYPE LIFT
1. Secure the air spring into the top mount with the top mount locking clip and connect the air
line.
3. Slowly and carefully lower the vehicle to the ground until the bottom piston is secure in the
lower air spring perch.
1. Ensure the air spring’s rubber sleeve is not deformed.
2. Start the vehicle and allow the air suspension system to inflate the rear air
spring(s) until normal ride height is achieved.
